目的 :研究正常人及闭角型青光眼患者小梁细胞凋亡发生率及与眼压升高的关系。方法 :采用Apo 2 .7分子探针 ,使用流式细胞仪检测 2 2例正常人及 2 7例闭角型青光眼小梁细胞凋亡发生率。结果 :正常人小梁细胞Apo2 .7分子检出率为 (2 .0 1± 0 .68) %。闭角型青光眼发作期检出率为 (5 .2 5± 0 .89) % ,两者差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,正常人小梁细胞Apo2 .7因子检出率与年龄增长无相关性 (r =0 .2 9) .闭角型青光眼小梁细胞Apo2 .7因子检出率与眼压升高呈显著性正相关 (r=0 .77) .结论 :正常人小梁细胞存在细胞凋亡发生 ,与年龄增长无相关 ,闭角型青光眼小梁细胞凋亡明显增加 ,与眼压升高呈正相关。
Objective: To study the relationship between the incidence of trabecular meshwork cell apoptosis and elevated intraocular pressure in normal subjects and angle-closure glaucoma patients. Methods: Apo 2 .7 molecular probes were used to detect the apoptosis rate of trabecular cells in 22 normal subjects and 27 patients with angle-closure glaucoma by flow cytometry. Results: The detection rate of Apo2.7 in normal human trabecular cells was (2.01 ± 0.68)%. The detection rate of the angle-closure glaucoma was (5.2 ± 0.89)%, the difference was highly significant (P0.01). The detection rate of Apo2.7 in normal human trabecular cells (R = 0.29). The detection rate of Apo2.7 in trabecular meshwork in angle-closure glaucoma was positively correlated with elevated intraocular pressure (r = 0.77) .Conclusion: Normal Human trabecular cells exist apoptosis, no correlation with age, angle-closure glaucoma trabecular cell apoptosis increased significantly, and increased intraocular pressure was positively correlated.
