“Savage” is called one of the four big strangers in the world. We measured five copies of “savage” hair, 10 primate or other wildlife hairs and nine human hair using the PIXE technique and identified and categorized these three types of hair using pattern recognition. The statistical analysis of the data shows that the content of the measured elements in the “savage” hair is significantly higher than that of animal hair and human hair, while the content of the element in animal hair is not higher than that of human hair. The nonlinear mapping of the three types of hairs clearly indicates that “savages,” animals, and people each have their own elemental spectrum features.
