目的探讨小儿感染化脓切口Ⅰ期缝合的可行性。方法对9例感染切口行脓液清除后,脓腔底部置硅胶管负压引流,Ⅰ期缝合。结果9例感染切口全部于再次缝合后Ⅰ期愈合,按时拆线。结论负压吸引辅助治疗下的化脓感染切口Ⅰ期缝合与传统换药相比,痛苦小疗效好,可缩短疗程,降低医疗费用,尤其适合小患儿。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of primary suture in children infected with festering incision. Methods Nine cases of infection incision pus clear, the bottom of the abscess tube placed silicone tube negative pressure drainage, Ⅰ suture. Results All the 9 incisional wounds were healed in the first stage after suturing again and the stitches were removed on time. Conclusion Compared with the traditional dressing, the first stage suture of suppurative infection under negative pressure suction assisted therapy has the advantages of small pain and small curative effect, which can shorten the course of treatment and reduce the medical cost, especially for small children.
