据煤炭部透露,随着孟-潍(青)输煤管道的即将开工,一条世界上最长的输煤管道本世纪末将出现在我国华北、华东大地上,届时我国运煤方式将发生重大变革.孟-潍(青)管道长度为600公里,延长到青岛为740公里,目前世界上最长的输煤管道是美国黑迈萨输煤管道,全长443公里.孟-潍(青)管道起点孟县标高约975米,由起点行至30多公里处,管道翻越标高1144米的最高点,沿50多公里的山坡直达标高为80米左右的平原、丘陵地区.管道沿16%坡度敷设,中间设4~6个泵站,使管内煤浆具有流动的压力.该管道年运量预计为500~700万吨,煤浆浓度为53%.计划运煤到潍坊360万吨,青岛340万吨,经机械脱水后,水分不超过12~15%,由青岛港出口140万吨.管道输煤是先把固体的煤磨碎到粒径1mm以上,再加上水制成煤浆经管道输煤的方法,是一种既洁净又经济的输煤方法.我国煤炭运输除少量短途用汽车和水运外,铁路运量的43%承担运煤任务,运力紧张成为制约煤炭发展的重要因素.据测算,一条年运1500万吨的输煤管道,可替代94万车次的运煤卡车(每辆载重16吨)或2500列运煤火车,而建设管道费用仅为铁路的20~3O%(运费也远低于铁路).管道除泵站外,基本上不占土地.而建设1公里的铁路约占地33300平方米.铁路运煤由于风吹损耗运量的1~2.2%,若以每吨煤运距500公

According to calculations, a coal transportation pipeline with annual transportation of 15 million tons can replace 94 million vehicles of coal transportation trucks (each 16 tons of load or 2500 coal trains, and the construction pipeline costs only 20% to 30% of the railway (freight is also much lower than the railway). In addition to the pump station, the pipeline basically does not occupy land, and the 1km railway is built. It covers an area of 33,300 square meters.
