目的研究在妊娠糖尿病护理中应用人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取自2015年6月-2016年5月期间,在本院接受治疗的妊娠糖尿病患者76例,按随机分类法将其分为护理组和对照组,护理组患者在常规护理的基础上实行人性化护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,对两组患者的护理满意度、血糖的变化情况进行比较。结果经护理后,护理组患者的护理满意度为92.11%,明显优于对照组患者的护理满意度73.69%,两组相比存在显著差异(P<0.05);血糖的变化情况观察组也明显好于对照组,两组比较差异较明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理对妊娠合并糖尿病的患者具有较好的护理效果,可以有效帮助患者减少危险的发生,降低患者的血糖,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the clinical effect of humanized nursing in gestational diabetes mellitus.
