近年来,CT已成为诊断体内各部位肿瘤的重要的手段,在肿瘤的早期诊断和鉴别诊断及肿瘤治疗后随访等方面意义重大。肾癌是泌尿系常见的恶性肿瘤,目前CT是诊断肾细胞癌最有价值的检查手段之一,当肿瘤较大或较小时需与其他肿瘤相鉴别,对肿瘤术前进行准确CT分期可为临床制订治疗方案和预后评估提供重要依据。
