一、院况简介　　本院创建于1955年。现有职工470人，具有中、高级职称的226人，博士、硕士生28人。主要从事地质找矿、新材料研发、污水处理、汽车尾气净化、地质灾害的防治、环境保护及生态重建等方面的研究。拥有电子探针显微分析仪、直读光谱仪及气相、离子色谱仪等大型仪器。主要承担国家、省部级的科技攻关项目、技术服务与技术开发等。建院46年来，共提交科研成果1700多项，获得国家、省部级各类奖项240多项。BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO GUILIN RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF GEOLOGY FOR MINERAL RESOURCES The research institute was established in 1955, which has about 470 staff members, 226 of whom have middle or senior professional titles, and 28 are doctors and masters. We focus our research and development on geological prospecting, new materials, sewage disposal, purification of exhaust gas of automobiles, preventing and dealing with geological disasters, environment protection and ecological rebuilding. Equipped with large-size and precision instruments such as electronic probe micro-analyzer, direct reading spectrometer, gas and ion chromatography, We have been carrying out the research projects commissioned by the central and provincial government or ministries, technique services and development projects of science and technology. 1700 research achievements have been made since the institute was setup 46 years ago.240 items were rewarded by the central and provincial governments and the ministries for the research achievements.rn
