盘形滚刀是全断面岩石掘进机破岩刀具,由于作业环境恶劣,因此寿命较低,是研究的热点。通过将盘形滚刀看成是径向纤维组织组成的盘形构件,且沿整个盘形滚刀刃的受力情况与正在破岩的弧段刃一样,构建了盘形滚刀破岩的工程力学模型。该模型解刃宽与某引进17英寸盘形滚刀完全一致;模型解刃角偏小,其相对误差为20%。将盘形滚刀刃展开,并假设为无限长楔形体,全楔顶受力等同于正在破岩的弧段刃,据此构建了盘形滚刀刃破岩的弹性力学模型,该模型解刃角偏大,与某引进17英寸盘形滚刀刃角相比,相对误差为38.3%。上述研究方法和研究结论可为盘形滚刀设计理论的建立提供借鉴。
