中餐主题宴会设计是通过设定某一特定的主题,对中餐主题宴会中的创作背景、摆台布草、餐具、中心饰物、菜单等元素进行设计,反映设计主题,提升宴会档次,营造宴会氛围。本文主要以近期教育部举办的“中餐主题宴会设计”比赛的获奖作品“根·归雁”为实例,阐释中餐主题宴会如何紧扣主题展开设计,以期对中餐主题宴会设计起到推动作用,对山西旅游区域文化起到弘扬作用。
