通过测试不同龄期机制砂混凝土抗压强度、干燥收缩、碳化深度和氯离子迁移系数,研究了稻壳灰掺量对硬化机制砂混凝土性能的影响,并分析了影响机理。结果表明:稻壳灰降低了机制砂混凝土早期抗压强度,但提高了后期强度,其掺量为15%时,达到最大值;稻壳灰提高了机制砂混凝土抗碳化性能,其中以掺量为15%改善效果最好;稻壳灰降低了机制砂混凝土干燥收缩,提高了机制砂混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能,且随着其掺量地增加,改善效果越来越好。
Through testing the compressive strength, drying shrinkage, depth of carbonization and chloride migration coefficient of concrete with different ages, the effect of rice husk ash content on the properties of hardened sand was studied, and the influence mechanism was analyzed. The results show that rice husk ash reduces the compressive strength of early stage concrete, but increases the latter stage strength. When the dosage is 15%, the maximum value is reached. Rice hull ash can improve the carbonation resistance of the concrete. 15%. The rice hull ash reduced the dry shrinkage of the compacted sand concrete and improved the resistance to chloride ion penetration of the compacted sand concrete. As its content increased, the improvement effect was getting better and better.
