目的探讨全瓷和金属内冠对套筒冠义齿固位力的影响。方法制作标准试件10个,纯钛-纯钛组和全瓷-纯钛组各5个,循环摘戴后测试内外冠之间的固位力值。使用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行t检验。结果全瓷-纯钛组比纯钛-纯钛组固位力大,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论内冠材料的性能与套筒冠义齿固位力密切相关,且全瓷内冠更能提供长期持久的固位力。
Objective To investigate the effect of all-ceramic and metal crowns on the retentive force of telescopic dental prostheses. Methods Ten standard specimens, five pure titanium-pure titanium groups and five pure titanium-titanium groups were made, and the retention values between the inner and outer crowns were tested after cycling pick and place. Data was t-tested using SPSS 13.0 software package. Results The retention of all-pure titanium group was higher than pure titanium group (P <0.05). Conclusion The performance of the inner cap material is closely related to the retention force of the sleeve crown denture, and the all-ceramic inner crown can provide long-term and long-lasting retention force.
