我校是一所农村初级中学,有四个班级,245名学生,12名教职工。几年来,我们克服困难,艰苦奋斗,注意改进课堂教学,不断提高教育质量。1984年以来,学生巩固率达1000%,毕业率为98％。这两届参加升学考试的69人,升入高一级学校的学生占毕业人数的61.7％,占考生的84％以上。这两届毕业回乡参加劳动的学生36人,大多数热爱农村,表现较好。群众说:“这些学生派得上用场。进厂后技术学得快,干得了,回乡后肯钻研,种得好责任田,我们乡村建设有了希望。”这几年,经过学校干部、教职工的努力,学校越办越兴旺,学校面貌发生了可喜的变化。1983,1985两年被评为县先进集体,1984年初二班被评为市三好先进集体。我们是怎样提高教育质量的呢?主要做了四个方面的工作。 My school is a rural junior high school, four classes, 245 students, 12 faculty members.
