为了减少修井次数,延长防垢剂挤注寿命,研究了一种采用聚合物防垢剂和聚合物添加剂之间相互作用的方法。这种聚合物反应方法不同于传统的使用CaCl2的沉淀挤注法,聚合物添加剂可以先注入,迅速吸附到岩石表面上。随后注入的防垢剂会与岩石表面的添加剂反应,引发在岩石表面产生沉淀。这避免了常规沉淀挤注经常会产生大量沉淀而造成渗透率降低的问题。当油井恢复生产后,沉淀的聚合物防垢剂通过水解慢慢释放。本文论述了在油田使用聚合物防垢剂和添加剂组合挤注处理的详细方法和现场应用结果。聚合物相互作用组合包的应用显著改善了防垢剂的挤注寿命。现场试验得到了令人满意的结果。独特的聚合物反应组合达到了挪威严格的环保法规关于低毒、高生物降解和低生物累积的要求。
In order to reduce the number of workover and prolong the life span of scale inhibitor, a method using interaction between polymer scale inhibitor and polymer additive has been studied. This polymer reaction method is different from the traditional precipitation method using CaCl2, polymer additives can be injected first, quickly adsorbed on the rock surface. The subsequently injected scale inhibitor reacts with additives on the rock surface, causing precipitation on the rock surface. This avoids the problem that conventional sedimentation often causes a large amount of sedimentation and results in a decrease in permeability. After the oil well is resumed production, the precipitated polymer scale inhibitor is slowly released by hydrolysis. This paper discusses the detailed methods and field application results of the combination of polymer anti-scaling agent and additives in oilfield. The application of the polymer interaction package significantly improves the extrusion life of the scale control agent. Field tests have been satisfactory results. The unique combination of polymer reactions meets the stringent environmental regulations in Norway regarding low toxicity, high biodegradability and low bioaccumulation.
