对于压力容器厚壁焊件 ,其焊缝裂纹缺陷的检测、特征及评定是很重要的 ,这项工作常通过无损检测来完成 ,虽然各种无损检测技术利用标准文献提供一个大概的评定 ,但带有原始裂纹的试样能够得到与实际情况相符的更精确的参考数据。近期的研究着重如下几个方面 :( 1 )产生一定大小和方向裂纹的方法 ;( 2 )用于产生裂纹的新材料对微观组织和机械性能的影响 ;( 3)裂纹的特征描述 ,用于试验研究的是碳 -锰钢制压力容器 (SA - 2 99 ASTM) 2 0mm和 1 2 5mm厚壁焊件 ;该文详述了如何运用一项新技术在焊件中产生裂纹 ,还有利用无损检测技术对裂纹进行特征描述。
For pressure vessel thick-walled welds, the weld crack defects detection, characterization and evaluation is very important, this work is often done by non-destructive testing, although a variety of non-destructive testing using standard literature to provide a rough assessment, The specimen with the original crack can get more accurate reference data in accordance with the actual situation.
