补体是一组具有酶促反应活性的血清糖蛋白。补体系统参与了多种肾脏损伤的发生与发展,以往认为导致肾脏损伤的补体成分由“肾外”细胞产生(如肝细胞等),通过循环到达肾脏而引起一系列补体介导的免疫反应及免疫损伤。近年国内外研究报道均显示,肝外组织如肾、脑、血管、肺等均能合成补体。肾脏是肝外补体合成的重要场所之一,并且肾脏局部产生的补体可能参与肾脏损伤的发生与发展。本文重点阐述肾脏局部固有细胞产生的补体成分在肾脏损伤中的意义。
Complement is a group of enzymatically active serum glycoproteins. Complement system is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of kidney damage. In the past, it was thought that the complement components leading to kidney damage were produced by “extrarenal” cells (such as hepatocytes) and caused a series of complement-mediated immunity by circulating to the kidney Reaction and immune damage. In recent years, research reports both at home and abroad show that extrahepatic tissues such as kidney, brain, blood vessels and lungs can synthesize complement. The kidneys are one of the most important sites for extrahepatic complement synthesis, and the complement produced by the kidney may be involved in the occurrence and development of kidney damage. This article focuses on the significance of the complement components produced by the native cells of the kidney in kidney damage.
