缺血/再灌注损伤( IRI)是一个比较复杂的级联反应,包括血管内皮细胞、循环细胞、细胞间质和许多生化物质之间的相互作用。其中炎症反应介导的损伤是 IRI的主要机制,且主要是由经典途径介导的炎症反应,中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、补体、趋化因子等参与了IRI。另外,一些免疫细胞也参与其中,尤其是T淋巴细胞。炎症反应与细胞类型有关,并在损伤的不同时期发挥了不同的损伤或保护作用。“,”Ischemia reperfusion injury ( IRI ) is a complex cascade reaction , including the interaction between vascular endothelial cells, circulating cells, intercellular substance and many biochemical sub-stances.The inflammatory responses mediated damage is the main mechanism of IRI ,and mainly the inflam-matory responses mediated by the classical pathways,such as neutrophils,macrophages,complement,chemo-kines and other involved in IRI.Besides,some immune cells are also involved,especially T lymphocytes.The inflammatory response is related to the cell type ,playing different damaging or protective effects in different stages of the injury.
