目的探讨微波辐射和超重环境的协同作用对大鼠骨代谢的影响。方法用Wistar大鼠在6G环境下进行200mW/cm2的微波照射,检测各组大鼠血清骨钙素、羟脯氨酸含量、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶活性、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,观察林蛙油和角鲨烯的干预效果。结果微波辐射和超重环境协同作用,可导致大鼠血清骨钙素含量降低、羟脯氨酸含量升高,抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶活性降低,乙酰胆碱酯酶活性降低;林蛙油干预对微波辐射和超重环境造成的骨钙素含量降低及羟脯氨酸含量升高起到保护作用。结论微波辐射和超重环境协同作用可增强大鼠的溶骨作用而抑制成骨作用;林蛙油的干预效应优于角鲨烯。
Objective To investigate the effect of microwave radiation and overweight environment on the bone metabolism in rats. Methods Wistar rats were exposed to microwaves at a dose of 200mW / cm2 in a 6G environment. Serum levels of osteocalcin, hydroxyproline, tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase, and acetylcholinesterase activity were measured in each group. The effects of Rana oil and Squalene intervention effect. Results The synergistic effect of microwave radiation and overweight environment could lead to the decrease of serum osteocalcin, the increase of hydroxyproline content, the decrease of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase activity and the decrease of acetylcholinesterase activity. The effect of Rana oil on microwave radiation and Overexpression of osteocalcin caused by lower levels of hydroxyproline content and play a protective effect. Conclusions The synergistic effect of microwave radiation and overweight environment can enhance osteolytic effect of osteoblasts in rats, and the intervention effect of Rana oil is better than that of squalene.
