最新研究发现慢性应激是触发帕金森病(PD)的重要因素,神经可塑性改变是其中的重要环节。课题组前期发现疏肝解郁方药逍遥散治疗慢性应激疗效显著,相关机制在于脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在糖皮质激素受体(GR)的介导下,对神经可塑性产生影响。文章探讨了慢性应激基于BDNF/GR信号通路,引起神经可塑性改变,进而触发PD的相关机制,并试图揭示调肝方药逍遥散调节慢性应激触发帕金森病的分子机制,为寻求防治帕金森病的新靶点提供理论和实验依据。
Recent studies have found that chronic stress is an important factor triggering Parkinson’s disease (PD). Neural plasticity is an important part of it. Our group found that Shugan Jieyu Decoction Xiaoyao San has obvious curative effect on chronic stress. The related mechanism is that BDNF affects neuroplasticity under the guidance of glucocorticoid receptor (GR). This article explores the mechanism of chronic stress based on BDNF / GR signaling pathway, which causes neuroplastic changes and then triggers PD, and attempts to reveal the molecular mechanism of Tiaogan Recipe Xiaoyaosan regulating chronic stress-triggered Parkinson’s disease. In order to find out how to prevent Parkinson’s disease, The new target of disease provides theoretical and experimental basis.
