Objective To determine the relationship between head CT scoring and prognosis in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods Totally 61 cases of craniocerebral injury were collected. The CT scans were performed at 24 hours after injury and were scored according to the images. The Glasgow prognostic score of each patient was calculated at 3 months after injury. The higher the score, the worse the patient’s prognosis. Conclusion The scoring of head CT images in patients with craniocerebral injury can initially determine the prognosis of patients.
