能量密度是影响制品尺寸精度的重要因素,在其他参数不变的情况下,利用激光功率/扫描数度(P/V)表征能量密度变化趋势。结果表明:随着P/V的增加,尺寸误差逐渐增大。当P/V数值一定时,尺寸误差基本不变。随着P/V的增加,制件的密度逐渐增加最后基本不变,P/V为0.25时,制件密度达到最大值1.144g/cm3。
Energy density is an important factor affecting the dimensional accuracy of the product. The laser power / number of sweeps (P / V) is used to characterize the trend of energy density without changing other parameters. The results show that with the increase of P / V, the size error increases gradually. When the P / V value is constant, the size error is basically the same. With the increase of P / V, the density of the parts increased gradually and finally remained unchanged. When the P / V was 0.25, the density of the parts reached 1.144g / cm3.
