智能变电站是智能电网建设的重要环节之一,是电网运行控制的基础。站内信息采集的准确性和实时性直接影响智能电网整体运行控制的安全性和有效性。针对调控一体化模式对变电站的要求,提出智能变电站应实现的具体功能。通过分析站内信息流现状,论述了智能变电站信息流传输架构优化方案,体现了信息高度融合和功能集中的设计原则。从全景数据中心、公共服务、平台基础应用、安全管理等方面研究站端技术支持系统,提出了一体化信息平台的建设方案。
Smart substation is an important part of smart grid construction, is the basis of grid operation control. The accuracy and real-time information collection in the station directly affect the safety and effectiveness of the overall operation control of the smart grid. Aiming at the requirements of the unified mode of substation regulation and substation, put forward the concrete function that the intelligent substation should realize. By analyzing the status quo of information flow in station, the optimization scheme of information flow transmission in intelligent substation is discussed, which reflects the design principles of highly integrated information and centralized functions. From the panoramic data center, public services, platform-based applications, security management research station-side technical support system, put forward the construction of integrated information platform.
