经过二十多年的发展,中国的青年环保运动已经逐渐成为一个独立的领域。20世纪90年代,政府动员和民间推动共同孕育了我国的青年环保运动。在政府、青年环保组织、媒体、企业等共同关注下,青年环保运动取得了一些成绩,但发展也不容乐观。这就需要政府做好“青年、环保与可持续发展”的顶层设计,充分发挥社会、市场力量在青年环保参与中的重要作用。 After more than two decades of development, China’s youth environmental movement has gradually become an independent field. In the 1990s, mobilization by the government and promotion by civilians jointly gave birth to our youth environmental protection movement. Under the joint attention of the government, youth environmental protection organizations, the media and enterprises, the Youth Environmental Campaign has made some achievements but its development is not optimistic. This requires the government to do a top-level design of “youth, environmental protection and sustainable development” and give full play to the important role of social and market forces in youth environmental protection participation.
