目的:建立同时测定及砂和胃胶囊中橙皮苷、柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18柱,乙腈-水(20:80)(用磷酸调pH值至3)为流动相;检测波长283 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,进样量为10μL,柱温为25℃。结果:橙皮苷进样量在0.1270~1.9050μg范围内、柚皮苷进样量在0.2936~1.7616μg范围内、新橙皮苷进样量在0.2446~1.8345μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值均呈良好线性关系;橙皮苷、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的平均回收率分别为99.50%、99.40%、99.57%,RSD分别为0.47%、0.56%、0.47%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于及砂和胃胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of hesperidin, naringin and neohesperidin in sand and stomach capsules. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Hypersil BDS C18 column with acetonitrile-water (20:80) (adjusted to pH 3 with phosphoric acid) by high performance liquid chromatography with a detection wavelength of 283 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1 , Injection volume of 10μL, column temperature of 25 ℃. Results: The injection volume of hesperidin was in the range of 0.1270 ~ 1.9050μg, the naringin injection volume was in the range of 0.2936 ~ 1.7616μg, the hesperidin injection volume was in the range of 0.2446 ~ 1.8345μg, and the peak area integral value The average recoveries of hesperidin, naringin and neohesperidin were 99.50%, 99.40% and 99.57%, respectively. The RSDs were 0.47%, 0.56% and 0.47%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of sand and stomach capsule.
