随着国门大开,为与世界接轨,有人倡议“中国人的饮食习惯与结构也应改革”。大城市有些先富起来的年轻人,把西式饮食当作时尚来张扬,似乎养育了世界1/4人口数千年的东方传统膳食一时变得一无是处。实际情况如何?在此,仅从结肠直肠癌(下称大肠癌)的发生谈起,对东西方膳食做一些?
