辐射能信号作为锅炉燃烧及机组运行重要监控参数的分析

提出将辐射能信号作为锅炉燃烧调整过程的安全性监控参数.通过在某200 MW机组四角切圆锅炉和660 MW火电机组W型火焰锅炉上安装基于辐射图像处理的三维温度场可视化监测系统,得到辐射能信号、机组发电功率、给粉量、烟气含氧量、二次风量等运行参数在不同负荷下随时间变化的数据,分析了辐射能信号对锅炉燃烧安全、经济运行的意义.结果表明:辐射能信号与机组发电功率输出之间的超前或者滞后关系会影响燃烧的经济性以及锅炉设备运行的安全性,建议将辐射能信号加入到锅炉“启动曲线”中,以提高锅炉安全监控运行的水平;辐射能信号与机组发电功率输出和锅炉热效率之间存在相似的变化趋势,这是其作为燃烧优化调整重要参数的基础. The radiant energy signal is put forward as the safety monitoring parameter of the boiler combustion adjustment process.Through the visualization monitoring system of three-dimensional temperature field based on radiation image processing on a four-corner tangential boiler of a 200 MW unit and a W-type boiler of a 660 MW thermal power unit, The radiation power signal, the unit power generation, the powder supply, the flue gas oxygen content, the secondary air volume and other operating parameters under different loads over time, analyzes the significance of radiant energy signal to the boiler combustion safety and economic operation.Results It shows that the relationship between the radiated energy signal and the power output of the generating unit leads or lags the economy of the combustion and the safety of the operation of the boiler equipment. It is suggested to add the radiant energy signal to the boiler “start-up curve” to improve the boiler Safety monitoring and operation of the level of radiant energy signal and the generator power output and boiler thermal efficiency of the similar trend of change between the combustion optimization as an important parameter to adjust the foundation.
