研究了PVC回收料(wPVC)与NBR的共混胶的介电性能和力学性能。通过介电性能研究及SEM方法,可推断共混胶中的二相并不相容。为克服这一相分离问题,拟加入4份马来酸酐作为增容剂。研究发现,含20份wPVC的共混胶具有最佳的介电性能和力学性能。采用这一基本胶料,研究了CaCO3和HAF炭黑的添加量对共混胶介电性能及力学性能的影响。
The dielectric and mechanical properties of blends of PVC recycled material (wPVC) and NBR were studied. Through the study of dielectric properties and SEM, it can be inferred that the two phases in the blends are incompatible. In order to overcome this phase separation problem, it is proposed to add 4 parts of maleic anhydride as a compatibilizer. The study found that with 20 parts of wPVC blend rubber has the best dielectric properties and mechanical properties. Using this basic compound, the effects of the addition amount of CaCO3 and HAF carbon black on the dielectric and mechanical properties of blends were studied.
