高等医学教育必须与社会经济和卫生事业发展相协调,否则,将会阻碍卫生事业发展,或造成教育浪费.文章以黑龙江省卫生人力和高等医学教育现状为基础,对2006、2010、2015三年卫生人力需求和高等医学教育卫生人力供给进行分析和预测,并根据预测结果提出了建议.
