目的探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)与高血压性不同部位脑出血的关系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫比浊法测定不同部位高血压性脑出血患者血清CRP含量及阳性率。结果脑干部位出血CRP阳性率、CRP平均含量和平均出血量是最高的,其次是多灶部位,再次为壳核。不同部位脑出血CRP平均含量与平均出血量呈正相关(r=0.975,P<0.05)。结论CRP阳性率、CRP平均含量和平均出血量的程度与不同部位脑出血患者的临床症状严重程度相一致,CRP用于高血压性脑出血疾病早期诊断及鉴别诊断的重要性值得关注。
Objective To investigate the relationship between C-reactive protein (CRP) and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage at different sites and its clinical significance. Methods Serum CRP level and positive rate in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage at different sites were determined by immunoturbidimetry. Results The positive rate of CRP in brain stem hemorrhage was the highest, the average level of CRP and the mean amount of bleeding were the highest, followed by the multifocal sites and again the putamen. The average content of CRP in different parts of cerebral hemorrhage was positively correlated with the average amount of bleeding (r = 0.975, P <0.05). Conclusions The positive rate of CRP, the average level of CRP and the average amount of bleeding are consistent with the severity of clinical symptoms in patients with cerebral hemorrhage at different sites. The importance of CRP in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is worth attention.
