我国铀矿开发事业,经过二十多年的实践,已建成具有一定生产规模的铀原料工业系统。多年来,铀矿冶战线为我国核武器研制及生产提供了合格的水冶产品,掌握了不少适应我国复杂铀矿床特点的采冶技术,培养了一支有一定觉悟、一定技术水平和管理水平的职工队伍,为原子能事业做出了贡献,为继续发展铀原料生产打下了基础。 然而,我国铀矿开采与国内外有色金属矿以及国外铀矿开采相比,技术较落后,管理水平较低,经济指标较差。为了在实现四个现代化中做出更大贡献,我们必须实事求是地分析形势,总结经验,发扬成绩,找出差距,针对薄弱环节,采取措施,迎头赶上。
After more than 20 years of practice, China’s uranium mine development has built an uranium raw material industrial system with a certain scale of production. Over the years, the uranium mining and metallurgy front has provided qualified products for the development and production of nuclear weapons in our country, mastered quite a lot of techniques for mining and metallurgy that are suitable for the characteristics of China’s complex uranium deposits, and cultivated a technology that has certain awareness, certain technical level and management level Of the workforce, contributed to the cause of atomic energy, laid the foundation for the continued development of uranium raw material production. However, compared with domestic and overseas non-ferrous metal mines and uranium mining abroad, uranium mining in our country lags behind with less advanced technologies and lower economic indicators. In order to make greater contribution to the realization of the four modernizations, we must analyze the situation truthfully, sum up our experiences, develop achievements, find out the gaps, and take measures to catch up with the weaknesses.
