以常规稻品种“辽粳9号”和杂交稻品种“9158”为试验材料,对其灌浆过程中强、弱势粒的灌浆速率、蔗糖和淀粉含量以及蔗糖合成酶与蔗糖酶的活性进行了分析。结果表明:2个水稻品种的强势粒由于起始生长势高,进入灌浆盛期早,蔗糖酶和蔗糖合成酶活性强,蔗糖含量高,因而灌浆明显优于弱势粒。在蔗糖代谢过程中,蔗糖合成酶的活性显著高于蔗糖酶,说明蔗糖由源向库的输入主要由蔗糖合成酶来调控。
Taking conventional rice varieties “Liaojing 9” and hybrid rice varieties “9158” as test materials, the filling rate, sucrose and starch content and the activities of sucrose synthase and sucrase Activity was analyzed.
