构建竞争情报系统(Competitive Itelligence System,以下简称CIS)是现代企业管理内容的重要组成部分,在全世界已经形成一股强大的潮流。在中国迈入WTO并逐步加入全球市场经济的今天,在后金融危机时代,我国中小企业面临着空前激烈的市场竞争环境。中国的中小企业要在瞬息万变的环境中从容应对竞争对手的挑战,在市场中把握主动、取得竞争优势,建设并实施一个符合自身特点的企业CIS,就成为迫在眉睫需要解决的问题。本文通过介绍CIS在国内外的研究现状,详细阐述了CIS的四种常见构建模式及其多应采取的组织结构,希望能对我国中小企业建立CIS提供有价值的借鉴意义。
Constructing the Competitive Intelligence System (CIS) is an important part of modern business management and has formed a powerful trend around the world. Today, after China entered the WTO and gradually joined the global market economy, in the post-financial crisis era, SMEs in our country are facing an unprecedented fierce market competition environment. SMEs in China need to respond to their competitors’ challenges in a rapidly changing environment and grasp the initiative in the market to gain competitive advantage and establish and implement a CIS that meets their own characteristics, which becomes an urgent problem to be solved. This paper introduces the current CIS research at home and abroad, elaborated on the CIS four kinds of common construction patterns and its multi-adoption of the organizational structure, hoping to establish CIS in China’s SMEs provide valuable reference.
