本文主要探讨全面建设小康社会的人文价值与人文实现途径。新世纪初我们所要建设的小康社会 ,是社会生产力高度发展且人的能力又能得到自由、平等和全面发展的社会。全面建设小康社会 ,将为人的全面发展创造更好的经济、政治和文化条件 ,具有重要的人文价值。同时要坚持以人为本 ,注重研究、解决经济建设和社会发展中的人的问题 ,把人的解放和发展作为生产力解放和发展的前提和基础 ,努力探索实现这一宏伟目标的人文途径 This article mainly discusses the humane value and humanistic ways of building an overall well-to-do society. At the beginning of the new century, the well-to-do society we want to build is a society in which social productive forces are highly developed and their capabilities are freely, equally and fully developed.
