标准物质(reference material,RM)是指具有一种或多种足够均匀和很好确定特性,用以校准设备,评价测量方法或给材料定值的材料或物质,标准物质可以是纯的或混合的气体、液体或固体[1]。标准物质的使用是整个实验过程的关键一环,其管理和使用的是否规范及合理直接影响到结果的准确性[2-4]。在实验室认可现场评审中,标准物质的使用和管理是重点核查对象。本文就化学实验室现场评审过程中,在标准物质管理和使用方面的常见不符合项进行了归纳,
Reference material (RM) refers to a material or substance that has one or more characteristics that are sufficiently uniform and well-defined to calibrate the equipment, to evaluate the method of measurement, or to set the value of the material. The reference material may be pure or mixed Gas, liquid or solid [1]. The use of standard substances is a key part of the whole experimental process. Whether its management and use are normative and reasonable has a direct impact on the accuracy of the results [2-4]. In the laboratory accreditation on-site review, the use and management of reference materials is the key verification object. This article summarizes the common nonconformities in the management and use of standard substances in the chemical laboratory site assessment process,
