无创鼻面罩机械通气技术具有操作简便迅速，能有效地纠正低氧血症和高碳酸血症，并可避免减少因气管插管、气管切开等带来的诸多问题。本科有26例患者使用TBird呼吸机治疗，22例好转出院，4例由于病情恶化抢救无效。只有重视使用呼吸机患者的护理，才能有效提高抢救成功率。
