生活供水设备作为日常高频率运行设备,其长期运行能耗是设计方案的重要考虑内容,简单、能耗更低、管理维修方便的系统对后期物业管理成本的降低和建设绿色建筑具有重要意义,而且机组运行对环境的影响也应充分考虑。以某超高层城市综合体为例,比较水泵-高位水箱重力供水系统和水泵-中间水箱重力供水系统与变频供水系统结合的两种供水方案的优缺点,认为前者具有投资省、系统稳定、节能、系统调控及管理维修简单等优势,推荐采用。
As a daily high-frequency operation equipment, daily energy consumption is an important consideration in the design of the project. A simple system with lower energy consumption and convenient management and maintenance system is of great significance to reducing the cost of the property management and building a green building in the future. And the impact of unit operation on the environment should also be fully considered. Taking a superhigh-rise urban complex as an example, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of two water supply schemes combining gravity water supply system with water pump-high water tank gravity water supply system with pump-intermediate water tank and frequency conversion water supply system. It considers that the former has the advantages of investment saving, system stability, energy saving , System regulation and management and maintenance of simple advantages, it is recommended.
