为分析特厚泥质顶板巷道锚杆支护参数的敏感性,以黄岩汇煤矿15107工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值计算与现场工业试验方法,研究锚杆长度、锚杆间距、锚杆预紧力、锚索长度、锚索间距和锚索预紧力等支护参数对巷道稳定性的影响;并建立巷道顶板力学模型,给出锚索间距的确定方法。研究发现,影响特厚泥质顶板巷道稳定的锚杆支护参数敏感性排序为:锚索间距>锚杆预紧力>锚索预紧力>锚杆长度=锚杆间距>锚索长度,锚索间距是影响特厚泥质顶板稳定性的最敏感因素。现场应用结果表明:合理确定锚索间距可以有效控制该类巷道的变形破坏。
In order to analyze the sensitivity of bolting parameters of roadways in extremely thick muddy roof, taking the 15107 working face of Huangyanhui Mine as the engineering background, theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and on-site industrial test methods are used to study the effects of bolt length, The influence of supporting parameters such as prestressing force, length of anchor cable, distance between anchor cables and prestressing force on the stability of roadway, and establishing mechanics model of roadway roof to give the method to determine the distance between anchor cables. The results show that the sensitivity of bolt supporting parameters influencing the roadway stability of thick muddy roof is as follows: the distance between anchor cables> the preload of anchor bolts> the preload of anchor cables> the length of anchor bolts = the distance between anchor bolts> the length of anchor cables, Anchor spacing is the most sensitive factor affecting the stability of thick clay roofs. Field application results show that: Reasonable determination of cable spacing can effectively control the deformation of the roadway.
