连续配筋混凝土路面(简称CRCP)受到钢筋和基层的约束,在温降和混凝土干缩作用下产生收缩应力,当收缩应力超过连续配筋混凝土(简称CRC)强度时便会开裂。该文建立了CRCP在温降和干缩作用下的应力分析模型,得到收缩应力表达式及应力沿公路纵向分布,分析混凝土强度、干缩、热膨胀系数、基层摩阻、钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结刚度等参数对CRCP收缩应力影响的敏感性。结果表明:收缩应力在板中最大,裂缝处为0;混凝土强度、干缩、热膨胀系数、基层摩阻、钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结刚度是影响CRCP开裂的关键参数。
Continuous reinforced concrete pavements (CRCPs) are constrained by rebar and grassroots, yielding shrinkage stresses at temperature drops and concrete shrinkage, and cracking when shrinkage stresses exceed the strength of continuous reinforced concrete (CRC). In this paper, the stress analysis model of CRCP under temperature drop and shrinkage is established. The expression of shrinkage stress and longitudinal distribution of stress along the highway are obtained. The influence of concrete strength, shrinkage, thermal expansion coefficient, Adhesion Stiffness and other parameters on the CRCP shrinkage stress sensitivity. The results show that the shrinkage stress is the largest in the plate, and the crack is 0. The strength of concrete, shrinkage, thermal expansion coefficient, base friction and bond stiffness between steel and concrete are the key parameters that influence CRCP cracking.
