中越两国山水相连,有着深厚的历史文化渊源,相同类似的政治体制及社会管理模式。但在应对外国非政府组织的社会管理创新方面,越南政府不仅秉持友好合作的理念,还不断尝试各种积极有效的管理模式。与之形成鲜明的对比的是我国在理论探讨和管理实践上的空白和模糊。通过对越南管理外国非政府组织相关经验的研究和比较,建议中国在参考越南经验的基础上,将以我为主、为我所用作为管理外国非政府组织的核心和重点,建立友好合作的良性管理模式。
China and Vietnam are linked by landscapes and have deep historical and cultural origins, similar political systems and social management models. However, in response to the innovation of social management by foreign non-governmental organizations, the Vietnamese government not only upholds the concept of friendly cooperation but also constantly tries various active and effective management models. In stark contrast, our country is blank and vague in theoretical discussions and management practices. Through the study and comparison of the experience of managing foreign non-governmental organizations in Vietnam, it is suggested that China, based on its experience of Vietnam, should use me as the mainstay and the core and focus of what I use as the management of foreign non-governmental organizations and establish a benign and friendly cooperation Management mode.
