作者对25例前列腺增大病人用手指前列腺按摩术取前列腺分泌物并测定了酸性磷酸酶活性。在按摩前后各取标本一次(尿)。用麝香草酚酞磷酸盐水解,测定酸性磷酸酶活性。由于纯的前列腺分泌物中无肌酐存在,因此应分别测定按摩前尿中和按摩后前列腺分泌物中的肌酐水平以判定后者被尿污染的程度。CPSACP(纠正后的前列腺分泌物中酸性磷酸酶的活性)可由下式求出:
The authors used 25 cases of prostate enlargement to obtain prostatic secretions with finger prostatic massage and measured acid phosphatase activity. Collect specimens once before and after massage (urine). The phosphatase was hydrolyzed with thymol phosphate to determine the acid phosphatase activity. Since there is no creatinine in the pure prostate secretion, the creatinine level in the prostate secretions before and after massage should be determined separately to determine the degree of contamination of the latter by urine. CPSACP (corrected acid phosphatase activity in prostate secretion) can be calculated by the following formula:
