循环流化床炉（ＣＦＢ）电厂的投资造价对测算电价的影响，与国产及进口ＰＣ电厂以及国产ＰＣ 电厂加湿式脱硫装置（ＦＧＤ） 的对比表明，ＣＦＢ电厂测算电价高于ＰＣ电厂，与国产ＰＣ电厂加ＦＧＤ基本相同。造成电价高的主要原因是设备费用及投资回报率高的影响。但随着国民经济的发展，国家对环保日益严格要求和重视，因而对环保项目的政策倾斜，对建设ＣＦＢ电厂的优惠条件将是可能的，并因此可以争取到投资方的优惠条件，使电价降低，有利于ＣＦＢ电厂的投资环境
