劳动关系和谐是构建和谐社会的基础,企业和谐稳定是社会和谐稳定的基础,而和谐的劳动关系是企业稳定发展的基本条件。单位在开展“和谐劳动关系企业”创建中,注重保护、调动和发挥好经营者与职工双方积极性,依法保障企业和职工的合法权益,做到互利、双赢,达到“共建和谐企业、共谋企业发展、共享发展成果”目标。我们讲和谐劳动关系的标准应该是:经营者和劳动者双方齐心协力,共谋发展的唇齿关系;经营者和劳动者双方相互尊重、和谐相处的平等关系;经营者和劳动者利益相容、矛盾协调的共生关系;经营者和劳动者共同创造、共享成果的发展关系。
