根据青岛某区间隧道下穿既有建筑物,分析了隧道与建筑物以三种不同形式并存的情况,通过数值模拟得到:先建建筑物后开挖隧道更为安全、基础偏离隧道中心线时若不采取有效措施将发生不均匀沉降、隧道施工对桩基础相比筏板基础造成的地层沉降较小,并以此规律提出了基于刚度补偿的岩层加固措施和支护参数,有效控制隧了道施工的围岩变形,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
