面对海外项目运营及委托运营项目,各级岗位人员的缺失,无法满足公司发展需要。逐步实现市场化的运作,积极提供岗位用工机会,但机制的不完善和政策的不足,导致人员流失。本文从存在的问题进行分析,找到问题的根源,通过有效措施改善人员的流失问题,提高用工人员工作积极性,确保各级岗位人员的稳定、满足运营需要。
