在教学一年级学生学习10以内的加减法时,由于学生之前的学习基础参差不齐,使我的教学开展得较费力。有的小朋友几分钟就完成的练习,有的小朋友却要十几分钟,甚至更长的时间。计算慢的小朋友大部分都在数手指,我以为是数手指耽误了时间,于是我就规定不准数手指,在心里算。这下可好,有的孩子算得就更慢了,还有的压根就不知道怎么算了。我只好妥协了,继续让他们数手指。
When teaching additions and subtractions of up to 10 students in teaching, my teaching was more difficult due to the uneven learning base of students.
