对7075铝合金在不同压力下进行真空氮化处理,再对7075铝合金及其氮化样进行铜加乙酸盐雾腐蚀试验,采用失重法和最大腐蚀深度对比分析氮化样与原始样在盐雾环境中的腐蚀情况。通过宏观照片、扫描电镜(SEM)和电化学极化曲线法对渗氮层的腐蚀行为进行了分析研究。结果表明:真空氮化处理提高了7075铝合金的抗均匀腐蚀性能和抗点蚀能力,0.06 MPa时真空氮化层耐蚀性最好。
The 7075 aluminum alloy was subjected to vacuum nitriding under different pressures, and then the copper-acetic acid salt spray corrosion test was carried out on the 7075 aluminum alloy and the nitrided sample. The nitridation sample was compared with the original sample by weight loss method and maximum corrosion depth Corrosion in salt spray environment. The corrosion behavior of nitrided layer was analyzed by macroscopic photographs, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical polarization curve. The results show that the vacuum nitriding improves the anti-corrosive and anti-pitting corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy. The corrosion resistance of the vacuum nitrided layer is the best at 0.06 MPa.
