近年来,随着市场竞争的加剧,一线员工工作压力日渐增大,不少基层单位、部门管理粗放,在如何调动员工积极性上缺乏有效的举措。中国电信在全国开展建“四小”创“六好”活动,帮助农村支局(所)员工解决了长期想解决但一直没有妥善解决的如就餐、洗澡、入厕等问题,深受支局员工的欢迎,员工满意度达96%。家园式支局建设的成功经验给我们以启示并提出新的课题:一是如何保持和推进家园式支局建设?二是如何以“文化”来推进家园式支局建设?以“文化”为引领,打造温馨、和谐、亲情、活力的职工小家,更好地推进企业文化建设进基层、进班组、进支局,促进企业文化落地生根,提升企业核心竞争力。
In recent years, with the intensified market competition, frontline staff work pressure is increasing day by day. Many grassroots units and departments have extensive management. There is a lack of effective measures on how to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff. China Telecom has launched “four small” and “six good” activities across the country to help rural branch offices (employees) solve problems such as meals, bathing and toileting, which they have long been trying to solve but have not properly solved. Welcomed by the staff of the branch office, employee satisfaction reached 96%. The successful experience of the construction of home-based branch offices has given us inspiration and proposed new topics: First, how to maintain and promote the construction of home-based branch offices?
