本文介绍一种经腹低位直肠癌根治性切除，保留肛门，乙状结肠拖下固定术式。６年来共施行此手术５３例，占同期低位直肠癌（肿瘤下缘距齿状线２～８ｃｍ）手术总数的９６％（５３／５５）。术后２年和５年肿瘤复发率分别为７．７％和１４．３％。术后４周、８周和６个月内完全恢复肛门自控排便功能者分别占４．９１％、９８％和１００％。肛门功能恢复程度均属优良。作者对此术式的特点，并根据手术疗效对保留肛门功能的合理性及其根治性进行讨论。
This article describes a radical resection of low rectal cancer in the abdomen, retention of the anus, sigmoid colon drag operation. In the past 6 years, 53 cases of this operation have been performed, accounting for 96% (53/55) of the total number of low rectal cancers (2 to 8 cm from the lower edge of the tumor from the dentate line) during the same period. The tumor recurrence rates were 7.7% and 14.3% at 2 and 5 years after surgery. Within 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 6 months postoperatively, patients who fully recovered anal defecation function accounted for 4.91%, 98% and 100%, respectively. The recovery of anal function was excellent. The author discusses the characteristics of this surgical procedure, and discusses the rationality and curative effect of the preservation of the anus based on the efficacy of the operation.
