目的:探讨前列腺增生相关性血尿的经直肠彩色多普勒超声特征。方法:对53例诊断为前列腺增生患者经直肠超声观察其前列腺动脉尿道支,测量其最大血流速度(V_(max))、最小血流速度(V_(min))、阻力指数(RI)。进行统计学处理。结果:良性前列腺增生相关性血尿组及非血尿组前列腺动脉V_(max)均值分别为(23.07±3.71)cm/s、(17.12±4.25)cm/s(P=0.00),V_(min)均值分别为(4.75±3.26)cm/s、(5.07±2.54)cm/s(P=0.35),RI均值分别为(0.79±0.035)、(0.67±0.041)(P=0.00)。结论:经直肠彩色多普勒超声可显示前列腺动脉尿道支,出现前列腺增生相关性血尿的患者,前列腺腺体血流信号增加,前列腺动脉最大血流速度增快,血供增加,血管阻力指数增大。V_(max)及RI可作为良性前列腺增生相关性血尿的预测指标。
Objective: To investigate transrectal color Doppler ultrasound features of benign prostatic hyperplasia-associated hematuria. Methods: The prostatic artery and urethral branch were observed by transrectal ultrasound in 53 cases diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia. The maximum blood flow velocity (V max), the minimum blood flow velocity (V min) and the resistance index (RI) were measured. Statistical analysis. Results: The mean V_ (max) of prostatic artery in benign prostatic hyperplasia-related hematuria group and non-hematuria group were (23.07 ± 3.71) cm / s and (17.12 ± 4.25) cm / (4.75 ± 3.26) cm / s and (5.07 ± 2.54) cm / s respectively (P = 0.35). The mean RI values were (0.79 ± 0.035) and (0.67 ± 0.041), respectively. Conclusion: Transrectal color Doppler ultrasound can show the prostatic artery urethral branch, prostate hyperplasia associated hematuria patients, prostate gland blood flow signal increased, the maximum prostatic artery blood flow faster, increased blood supply, vascular resistance index increased Big. V_ (max) and RI can be used as predictors of benign prostatic hyperplasia-related hematuria.
