As an advanced road freight organization, hanging transport represents the development of modern logistics industry. National ”Twelfth Five-Year Plan“ and the State Council issued the energy-saving emission reduction, logistics industry restructuring and rejuvenation and other special programs, have proposed to actively develop the road thrown hanging transport. Statistics from 2011 show that there were 316,000 tractors and 368,000 trailers in China, accounting for only 2.6% and 3% of the total number of trucks operating in the country respectively. The volume of goods transported by hanging-off transport accounts for less than 1% of the freight traffic on the road and presents many characteristics such as low rejection of operation, relatively simple operation mode and unbalanced regional development.
