介绍改善离子渗氮层浓度梯度的简易方法。在离子渗氮后期安排 0 5～ 1h的辉光扩氮可使渗氮层浓度梯度变平缓 ,白亮层减薄 ,耐磨性提高。
An easy way to improve the concentration gradient of ion nitriding layer is introduced. In the late stage of ion nitriding, glow dilation with 0 5 ~ 1h can make the concentration gradient of nitriding layer flatten, the white bright layer thinner and wear resistance improved.
